Q1How do you work with remote and international clients?
Remotely and in English, with companies across the EU and beyond. We have shipped software for global brands through international agencies, and we are set up for asynchronous, cross-timezone work. Where you are based matters far less than whether the project is the kind we are built for.
Q2How do you handle confidentiality and IP?
We sign an NDA before any technical detail changes hands. On payment, the code, the infrastructure, and the documentation are yours, with no lock-in to us or anyone else. Personal data is processed to EU and GDPR standards.
Q3What does working with you look like?
Three shapes cover most engagements: a fixed-scope project with a clear finish, a monthly retainer for products that keep evolving, or embedding in your team for a season. We start by understanding the problem before we propose anything.
Q4Are you the right fit for my project?
We do our best work on software that has to be right and is central to the business. If you need a quick throwaway or the cheapest possible build, we are honestly not the best value. If it cannot afford to be wrong, we should talk.
Q5How do you make sure the software is right?
Correctness is built in, not bolted on. We lean on type-safe languages, automated tests, and continuous review, and we measure how the system behaves rather than assume it. The same Kaizen discipline runs throughout: small, verifiable steps, each leaving the software more reliable than before.
Q6Why do you reach for Rust?
When reliability and performance are not negotiable, Rust removes whole classes of bugs at compile time. It is a deliberate choice, not a default, and we say so plainly when a simpler tool is the better call.
Q7What will it cost?
Cost depends on scope and the engagement model, so we price it once we understand the problem. We are not the cheapest option, by design: our clients are buying certainty, not the lowest rate. We are always clear about it upfront.
